Description 28 Vincent is situated in Duxberry, a quiet, leafy, secure suburb a few minutes drive from the Sandton CBD, The Stock Exchange, Sandton City and the Convention Center. 28 Vincent is close to numerous excellent restaurants and entertainment venues such as Montecasino. Access to Hyde Park is also convenient via William Nicol.

28 Vincent is designed as an executive 'pied a terre' and being small (four suites only) is ideal for the business traveller who requires privacy and peaceful surroundings to spend the night. It is also an ideal and convenient venue to hold business meetings or for business entertainment. Catering for meetings can be arranged as can dinner by prior arrangement.

Accommodation
All rooms have tea and coffee stations, television (DSTV compact) with DVD players, hairdryers and swimming towels. There is also a desk with a variety of electrical plugs in each room. There is a desktop computer in the entrance lobby connected to the internet available to guests at all times.

Note
All rooms are non-smoking but there are two patios for use by guests wishing to smoke.

Facilities
The gardens cover a half acre and have been landscaped with water features and numerous trees. There is a wealth of bird life and binoculars together with several books to assist in identifying birds are kept in the lounge for use by guests. There is an extensive library of books on many subjects and a wide selection of music cd’s and dvd’s are available at no extra cost.

The property is serviced with a wireless broadband internet connection and has document printing, (colour or black and white laser - single or double sided) document copying and binding, high speed CD/DVD duplicating and fax facilities. There is a solar heated salt water swimming pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, and guests have the use of the patios and lounge. A bar fridge and microwave together with crockery and cutlery are available in the lobby for use by guests at all times.

The suburb has boomed access with cameras and with a 24 hour motorised patrol. The property is alarmed with an armed response from ADT and from MKB Security.

There are a number of places of interest to visit all within a drive of an hour or less, these include white water rafting, canopy tours, The Lion Park, The Apartheid Museum and hot air ballooning.

Directions From Rosebank
Go on to Jan Smuts Avenue towards the North (towards Hyde Park).
Turn right into William Nicol at Hyde Park.
Carry on along William Nicol for several kilometers, passing the turn-off to Sandton City and Republic Road on your left.
After passing the Jaguar car dealer on your left and the Italian Tile Company on your right, turn right at the traffic light into Ballyclare.
Follow the road for about five kilometers, crossing a traffic light and a stream.
After passing the TOTAL garage on your left, turn left into Coleraine.
Take the first road right into VINCENT AVE. Cross the security boom. Our premises are on the fourth property on your left (No. 28).

From the M1 Highway (Marlboro Offramp)
Taking the Marlboro Offramp travel west, in the direction of Sandton.
At the T-junction, turn right into Katherine Road towards Wendywood.
At the second traffic light turn left into South Road.
Follow this road until you come to another T-junction, where you have to turn right into Rivonia Road. Turn left at the second traffic light into Outspan.
On Outspan, go straight through a 4 way stop and then turn the second road right into Flamboyant.
Pass the security boom and follow Flamboyant Road, turning 90 degrees to the right into David.
After a short distance, take the next road left (Oak) and turn sharp left into VINCENT AVENUE after only few meters.
Follow VINCENT AVE. You will find our B and B on the right (No. 28).

From the N1 Highway /Concrete Highway (Rivonia Offramp)
Take Rivonia Offramp and turn towards the South, towards Rivonia.
After the fourth traffic light (Mc Donalds on you left) turn right into 7th Avenue.
Following 7th Ave, which becomes Coloraine after crossing the traffic light, turn left into the third road which is VINCENT AVENUE.
Crossing the security checkpoint, you will find 28 Vincent premises on the fourth property to your left .
