| Description | Hyde Park Villas offers prime business and leisure accommodation, superbly comfortable with every modern convenience and facility. The luxury suites with full en-suite bathrooms offer a selection of hospitality refreshments for your comfort.
Accommodation Our luxury suites with walk in wardrobes and all the mod cons, are equipped with mini bars, valuables safe, HD TV, high speed internet and all the little extras to make your stay a comfortable home from home. Ironing facilities, clock radio/alarm and hair dryers are provided. Full elegant en-suite facilities in each room include a bath, shower, loads of fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The venue is elegantly appointed for both the business and leisure traveller. There is a comfortable patio equipped with a gas grill and informal business functions can be arranged. There is a fully stocked mini bar for your convenience and flat screen Satellite TV. Each suite has an ADSL data point for your laptop, as well as a valuables safe. Facilities We have 24 hour in-house security for your safety and well being. The gate access is electronically controlled and we are further monitored by an outsourced security company, ADT, providing patrols and panic button facilities. The property has electric fencing on the whole perimeter of high brick walls. We also have a covered parking for your convenience. Breakfast A full English breakfast is included in the tariff and may be served in the breakfast room or on the patio. Light meals for late arrivals can be arranged on request. Two large family rooms are available and we do cater for babies. Attractions Attractions within easy access include the Johannesburg Zoo and the Wanderer's Sports Stadium. Closer to the City Centre, one could visit the Civic Theatre, Constitution Hill or the S.A.B World of Beer. The area boasts some of the best art galleries in South Africa, as well as the South African Headquarters of Southeby's. | Directions | FROM THE O.R. TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
• From the airport, take the R24 towards Johannesburg • Then take the N3 turnoff towards Pretoria • Continue on this road for about 7Km until you get the Roodepoort, Pretoria and Johannesburg interchange • Follow the M1 towards Johannesburg • Turn off at the Corlett Drive offramp • Turn right and go under the M1 highway • As you reach the unmistakable Wanderers Stadium on your right, turn right at the traffic lights into Rudd Road • Turn first left at the traffic light into Chaplin Road • Continue to the next traffic light which is the Oxford Road intersection • Continue over Oxford Road and follow the road around the small campanile to reach a T Junction which is Melville Road – turn right • Just a few meters on, in Melville Road you will turn immediately left at another set of traffic light, into 3rd Road. On your right you will find a terracotta townhouse complex with high walls and a row of Conifer trees. You will then encounter a high white wall enclosing a long property.
