| Description | Situated in a beautiful, quiet and tranquil suburb, with beautiful gardens, The Savoy Guest House is geared for the business executive and leisure traveler. The Savoy is conveniently situated next to Melrose Arch, Sandton, The Wanderers Cricket Ground, Killarney, and Rosebank. There is easy access to Bedfordview, Edenvale, Johannesburg Centre and highways to Pretoria and Ellis Park in Gauteng.
The jewel of The Savoy is our patio, completely private with a large pool and surrounded by its own private and secluded garden. This is a family run business, with Doreen and her assistant Paul staying on the property, and Faye and Jane are there for the guests during the day. Accommodation The Savoy Guest House has 5 large suites and 1 large self-catering unit. All rooms have private entrances with the ground floor rooms having a small private garden. We provide eight covered parking bays. Each room has: Satellite television (including M-Net) Air conditioning Mini-bar fridges Tea and coffee making facilities En-suite bathroom a Desk and spacious built-in cupboards Extra long beds Hairdryer (on request) Breakfast & Dining Meals can be served in our beautiful dining room or outside on our covered patio. | Directions | Take the M1 highway, turn off at the Corlett Drive off-ramp, at the robot turn right (those that travelled north) and left (those that travelled south), move away from the highway and at the second robot, make sure you are in the right hand lane. At this robot, you can only turn left. However, 20 yards further you can turn right into Homestead Road. Travel 2 streets until you stop at a stop street. Turn left into Blyton Avenue and travel 100 yards and we are on your right hand side at Number 16 |
